We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned. 3. How do I start a return?

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We offer free shipping on all orders. Once you place your order, it will take 1–3 days to be processed. After processing, it will take an additional 7–14 business days for your order to be delivered. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.
